Best Mexican in Oak Harbor by far. Large portions, well prepared, quality produce, great service. Fish tacos are very good. The menu also includes several dishes with up to 5 seafood ingredients (calamari, crab, cod, shrimp, scallops) where seafood is a main ingredient in generous portions. Mole is very fine - I was impressed by the chicken mole. Chips are fresh as is the salsa.

Great food good portions. Chips a little thick but tasty. Nachos good for 2 meals! Busy at lunch service timely. Full bar.

Went in for lunch, ordered the lunch special #4 a enchilada and tostada. Service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. My meal came and it was only a tostada... brought this to the attention of my server who said "Oh that's strange" I said it was no problem and finished my meal. When the server brought my check, he said oh I deducted the enchilada from your ticket, and informed me it was a 51 cent deduction . Not that I will ever go back there... Though if I do, I will ask for the 51 cent enchilada!

Very nice staff. The food feels authentic and tastes great to me! It doesn't have that "american" spin off taste like most "latin" food spots have now a days.

Their menu has changed again, lesser choices, but the meal and service is still great. We prefer Esteban's to El Caz all day, every day.
